1. Method and steps for disassembling the distribution gear pump

Step 1: Turn off all power facilities and prepare the necessary tools.

Step 2: Take out the pipeline system from the gear pump, and also note the installation position so that it can be correctly connected when reassembling the system.

Step 3: Check if there is any leakage at the connection of the gear pump. If there is, it is necessary to repair or replace the seals in a timely manner.

Step 4: Remove the cover plate of the gear pump and remove internal foreign objects. Observe the condition of components such as the impeller and casing to find out if there is any damage.

Step 5: Take out each component of the gear pump one by one and perform deep cleaning. During this process, special care should be taken not to scratch the precision parts with hard objects.

Step 6: Check each component of the gear pump layer by layer, checking for wear, deformation, and aging of the parts. If there is a decrease in pump performance or damage, it should be replaced in a timely manner.

Step 7: Before reassembling the gear pump, perform a water leakage test to ensure that there are no leaks.

2. Analysis and troubleshooting of overheating phenomenon

Reason for overheating: During operation, the gear pump experiences internal high temperatures due to poor lubrication or related system abnormalities, leading to malfunctions.

Solution: Before troubleshooting mechanical structures or faults, first check the oil level, whether the oil quantity is sufficient, and observe the oil quality level. If the oil needs to be replaced or cleaned, it is necessary to follow the standard operation. If the problem cannot be solved, it is necessary to check whether there are corroded or damaged components in the gear pump; If this situation occurs, it is necessary to carry out corresponding repairs or replace damaged parts as soon as possible.
