Technical features of hydraulic system
1) According to the operating conditions of the main engine, the Hydraulic System is divided into two independent control loops, Hydraulic Cylinder and Hydraulic Motor, which do not interfere with each other and have compact oil circuit structure.
2) The control circuit of hydraulic cylinder uses by-pass throttling speed regulation by fixed displacement pump supply speed regulation valve. The piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder has half the area of the piston and is connected differently upwards. The hydraulic cylinder is locked at any position by hydraulic control one-way valve. The downward overspeed of the hydraulic cylinder is limited by sequential valve, which reduces the flow specification of the hydraulic pump and ensures reliable action, accurate positioning, stable commutation and convenient adjustment.
3) The hydraulic motor control circuit can reduce the speed of hydraulic motor by changing the displacement of hydraulic pump, fine-tune the speed according to the speed control valve, and change the grinding power according to changing the setting pressure of relief valve and displacement of variable pump. The speed-load characteristic of hydraulic motor is improved, which is helpful to improve the grinding quality. When grinding a workpiece, only the upper and lower speed of the grinding head matches the rotary speed reasonably, and the grinded workpiece will not cause cross grinding net.
4) With hydraulic transmission, the transmission system has a large power-to-weight ratio, which makes the honer small in size, large in power, wide in processing range, high in accuracy and convenient in operation and control.
