Solutions and Prevention Measures for Hydraulic Motor Problems
If the speed of the Hydraulic Motor decreases, the possible causes may be:
(1) The pump is damaged, the pump body is overheated and produces noise
(2) The safety valve is open, the valve makes a sound or hissing sound, and the local overheating occurs
(3) The control valve is closed or the oil supply and return system is blocked, and the local overheating occurs
(4) The hydraulic motor crankcase leaks excessively, the leakage of the single oil discharge pipe is too large, and the oil level is too high
(5) The distribution flow valve leaks excessively, the valve chamber is overheated, and it feels very hot when touched by hand
The methods for the above points are
Replace the pump and study its loss Cause, check the valve, if it is intact, check the system pressure, check and correct it. For the fourth point, there are four points to deal with:
Solution to hydraulic motor problems
Check the viscosity and working temperature of the oil
Check the sealing condition of the cylinder piston
Check the condition of the ball joint
Check the condition between the connecting rod and the eccentric wheel surface and the sealing condition of the distribution valve
Hydraulic motor
Measures to prevent hydraulic motor oil leakage:
Oil leakage is caused by the excessively high oil leakage pressure in the motor housing,
so all measures to prevent leakage should be aimed at reducing pressure, and the specific methods are as follows.
Reasonable configuration of oil leakage pipe:
Many hydraulic technicians do not pay much attention to the configuration of the oil leakage pipe,
thinking that as long as it returns directly to the oil tank, the pipe diameter does not matter.
From the calculation formula of the resistance along the way, it can be seen that the resistance size is inversely proportional to the fifth power of the pipe diameter.
Under the same other conditions, as long as the diameter of the oil leakage pipe is changed to 10, the resistance along the way: Pf=0.15MPa. In this case, the requirements of oil leakage pressure can be fully met.
In addition, attention should also be paid to the influence of pipe length, because there is a linear relationship between pipe length and resistance along the way. Under the same conditions, if the pipe length increases by 1 times, the resistance will also double, so special attention should be paid when the oil drain pipe is long.
Reasonably determine the flushing oil flow rate, because if the flushing oil flow rate is too small,
it will not have the effect of cooling, but if the flushing is too large, it will increase the oil drain resistance.
The correct flushing flow rate can be referred to the technical data of the relevant manufacturer, or it can be calculated and determined according to the thermal balance conditions.
