Maintenance and routine maintenance of hydraulic motor in hydraulic system
It is very expensive to buy a Hydraulic System, and it costs a lot of manpower and material resources.
However, in daily use, the Hydraulic Motor of the hydraulic system has a short life because it does not know how to maintain its own hydraulic system
Yes, there are many such examples. How should we maintain the hydraulic system we are using. Please read on for details.
For the inspection and maintenance of seals, the lip seal shall be mainly inspected for damage and wear.
For the combined seal, the wear of the sealing surface shall be mainly inspected, and then whether the seal can be used shall be determined.
In addition, the static seal ring of the piston and piston rod shall also be inspected for extrusion damage.
Once the seal and guide support ring are found to be defective, the seal with the same structural form and
suitable materials shall be selected for replacement according to the structural form of the seal of
the repaired Hydraulic Cylinder, so as to minimize the oil film thickness between the seal and
the sealing surface and reduce the leakage of the seal.
Inspection and maintenance of cylinder barrel: the inner surface of the cylinder barrel and
the piston seal are the main factors causing the internal leakage of the hydraulic cylinder.
If longitudinal tension marks occur in the cylinder barrel, even if the piston seal of the core is replaced.
Inspection and maintenance of piston rod and guide sleeve:
the relative movement pair between piston rod and guide sleeve is the main factor causing leakage.
If the plating layer on the piston rod surface peels off due to wear or produces longitudinal pull marks,
it will directly lead to the failure of the seal. Therefore, it is necessary to focus on checking whether the surface roughness and
behavior tolerance of the piston rod meet the technical requirements. If the piston rod is bent,
it should be calibrated to meet the requirements or mapped according to the actual object and sent to
the professional manufacturer for manufacturing.
If the coating on the piston rod surface is worn, scratched and partially peeled off,
the coating can be removed and the surface can be re plated.
