8 Major Causes of Throttle Valve Blockage
As far as throttle valve is concerned, it is widely used in Hydraulic System. When a device is in long-term use, there will be more or less faults, and the throttle valve is not the same. The common faults are blocked, so what is the cause?
1. The valve spool is stuck and oil leakage is caused by sticking, scratching or scratching of sealing surface. It can be repaired by grinding and can only be replaced in severe cases.
2. The throttle is blocked and dirt and impurities accumulate at the throttle, resulting in poor working surface of the valve.
3. The throttle valve is selected improperly and the valve body is too small.
4. Oil contamination is serious and the hole of tank cover is blocked.
5. The oil temperature is too high and the working temperature of the throttle is too high.
6. The leakage in the Hydraulic Cylinder causes the throttle valve core to contact with the valve body, which causes excessive wear of the valve core.
7. The pressure of the system rises, which causes the working pressure differential of the throttle to change too much.
8. Quality reasons of throttle valve itself.
