4 steps to use the hydraulic bolt tensioner

4 steps to use the hydraulic bolt tensioner:

1. Put the round nut into the bolt and insert the knob into Sunni until it is firm.

2. Insert the support seat of the hydraulic stretcher and cover the round nut.

3. Screw the hydraulic stretcher into the bolt, and fasten the stretching head to each part with the toggle handle to basically connect without gap.

4. After installation, insert the quick connector of the high-pressure oil pipe connected with the ultra-high pressure oil pump into the quick connector on the hydraulic stretcher.


Operate the ultra-high pressure oil pump, input the high pressure oil to the hydraulic stretcher cylinder, the piston starts to work, and the hydraulic stretcher enters the working state. At this time, pay attention to the working pressure of the ultra-high pressure oil pump and the stretching length of the hydraulic stretcher, and make sure that the control is within the set boundary.

When the working pressure and stretching length of the hydraulic stretcher reach the rated value, the ultra-high pressure oil pump shall stop working immediately, insert the toggle handle into the toggle hole of the round nut, and turn the round nut in a clockwise direction firmly in place.


During operation, the process requires increasing the drawing length to continue drawing. After the round nut is tightened in place, the ultra-high pressure oil pump shall be depressurized according to the control procedure, and then insert the toggle handle into the piston toggle hole of the hydraulic stretcher, and toggle the handle to reset the piston. Then operate in the above way until the process requirements are met. After the completion of the work of the hydraulic stretcher, the ultra-high pressure pump shall be depressurized first and then disassembled. There are two ways of disassembly, which can be selected according to the working environment.
